I have purchased my last 4 cars from CarMax, and it appears as if they are getting better and better. They really know how to make you feel special. They make the process so easy that you forget you are actually buying a vehicle. I was in and out in about 2hrs. That is incredible. If you are needing a great sales person to work with ask for Kim. I have worked with the same sales lady for the past 10 years at the carmax in Nashville and have always been well taken care of. The company has always stood behind the extended warranty and I appreciate the service.

I have always had great experiences with carmax in the past. Some sales associates are better than others but overall I have been happy with them.
