S-Cape Base by Leggett and Platt

There are so many different types of adjustable power bases available on the market.  I have already written about a few models that to me stand out from the crowd.  Another one of those is the S-Cape model by Leggett and Platt.  To me it is one of the best looking power bases out there and you have multiple uphostery options so you can match it with your existing furniture.  It also looks great as a stand alone unit.  One of the stand out features of this model is the Wall Hugging feature.  Many bases, when in an upright position, will take you to far away from your night stand.  This makes it hard to reach your drink or book or whatever you need from your table.  The S-Cape moves in a way that keeps your bedside table right beside you.  I love this.  It may not seem like a big deal but when you are   in an upright position and you want a drink it will keep you from having to get up to get it.    We all know that when you find that sweet spot for comfort you dont want to have to reposition every time to want something from your night stand.  Consider this base if you are like me and like to watch T.V. or read before calling it a night.
